  • Hubspot advantages
It’s a powerful all-in-one digital marketing software because all of its individual components have a good output. It tracks campaigns results, allows you to sell products, manage payments, and automate the workflow. It has an easy to use blogging platform and offers SEO suggestions. 
  • Hubspot disadvantages.
Its keywords tool still need to be upgraded to be integrated with analytics, multi-step-forms can load slowly, and reports about competitors can have a lack of relevant data. Although you can get the basic service for free, the complete one costs 400$, which might not be affordable for everyone.


2. Ontraport
Ontraport is focused on making your business attract more customers. It encourages you to narrow your target to optimize your customer relationship management.

This all-in-one digital marketing platform offers CRM automation, email marketing solutions, optimization of landing pages, reporting and E-commerce. 
  • Ontraport advantages
One of my favourite feature of Ontraport is how advanced their email marketing software. It allows you to segment messages to maximize conversions, automate communications, run campaigns easily, sell products on your page, and manage your payments effortlessly. Plus!it works well with WordPress too. They also improve their landing page designs recently which I absolutely love! Their technical and customer support team is definitely one of the best.
  • Ontraport disadvantages
It offers limited multi-step-forms and their service can also load slowly sometimes. Their broadcasting options are outdated in comparison to other online tools, and they haven’t developed too many API integrations, so you will need to hire a coder.


3. Keap (Formerly Infusionsoft)
Infusionsoft is ideal for small businesses that want to dominate their industry but that aren’t too familiarized with all-in-one digital marketing platforms. It centralizes their data and helps them to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Key features
It organizes leads, automates communications, makes the process of coordinating meetings easier, and sends quotes that clients can accept with just a click. Furthermore, it sends auto payment reminders to clients and integrates other apps. 
  • Infusionsoft advantages
You can track a customer path and direct them through the appropriate stages, save contact history, and segment your contacts easily. The platform has a good app integration and has an attentive customer service.
  • Infusionsoft disadvantages
Web forms look aesthetically old, their interface isn’t intuitive and can require too many clicks, the system can present some glitches, and the reports can have insufficient data. It’s a good tool to follow up leads and prospects, but come up short when following up customers.


4. SharpSpring
SharpSpring is described as an affordable tool to drive more leads and implement marketing automation.

It allows you to create behavior-based emails, track campaigns, create dynamic landing pages and forms, manage social media, and collect anonymous visitors’ ID. This all-in-one marketing automation software is good to manage CRM and sales.
  • SharpSpring Advantages
It has an easy learning curve because of its intuitive interface. It facilitates workflow, the CRM integrated tool is user friendly and effective, new features are launched frequently, and dynamic forms can be easily embedded on the website. They also count with a helpful support team.
  • SharpSpring disadvantages
Reports tend to miss the minute to minute performance explanation, new features need some time to fully function, automation can be partial, the mobile app has limited access to functions, and the options to manage potential sales are limited.


5. Kentico
Kentico is an all-in-one digital marketing platform that focuses on ensuring exceptional customer experience, gathering deep insights in real time, and increasing conversion rates.

It counts with GDPR and data protection, email marketing analyzer, tools to personalize content, A/B testing, lead scoring, and integrated campaign management.
  • Kentico advantages
Among the advantages that this all-in-one marketing software offers, it has an easy to use interface for beginners that even allows you to execute changes without requiring further assistance. Upgrades don’t make the tool more difficult to use and it’s stable on Azure Cloud.
  • Kentico disadvantages
It’s difficult to set up staging environments, has limited options for website themes and page layouts, and it uses a folder structure to organize material. If you use it to manage many sites, it can get messy.
